当归治疗原发性痛经的机制研究及临床应用

摘　　要：原发性痛经是妇科常见病,当归为治疗痛经最常用的中药。为了进一步阐明当归治疗原发性痛经的机制,查阅有关当归治疗原发性痛经的文献,发现当归是通过改善血液流变学、调节神经内分泌激素、降低钙离子、免疫调节等途径发挥疗效,并总结当归治疗原发性痛经的主要临床应用,从而为临床提供参考。Primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease,and Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis)is the most commonly used TCM medicine for the treatment of dysmenorrhea.In order to further elucidate the action mechanism of Danggui on primary dysmenorrhea,the literature on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with Danggui was reviewed,and it was found that Danggui exerted its curative effect by ameliorating hemorheology,regulating neuroendocrine hormones,reducing calcium ions,and immune regulation.The main clinical application of Danggui in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is summarized so as to provide more reference for the clinical treatment.
