供需视角下贵州省医养结合养老机构运行现况研究

摘　　要：贵州老龄化程度的加快,对社会养老和医疗保障带来沉重负担,而“医养结合”是解决这一问题的有效途径。基于此,选取了贵州省13家医养结合机构的工作人员和入驻老人分别作为供给方和需求方研究对象,并构建二元Logistic回归模型和结构方程模型(SEM),分析医养结合养老机构的运行状况。The acceleration of aging in Guizhou has brought a heavy burden on social pension and medical security, and the“combination of medical care and nursing care”is an effective way to solve this problem. We selected the staff and elderly residents of 13 medical and elderly care institutions in Guizhou Province as the research objects of the supply side and the demand side, and built a binary logistic regression model and structural equation model(SEM) to analyze the operation of medical and elderly care institutions.
