摘　　要：解溪穴治疗目障之疾于古籍中早有记载,施以青龙摆尾手法的疗效更佳。然其原理未明,因而其在目疾的治疗中未得到重视,解溪穴治疗老年性白内障疗效显著而应用之少实为憾事,故而文章从妙取解溪以奏益精气、安心神、开玄府之效,巧施手法以飞经走气、促气催运,深入剖析以青龙摆尾手法施于解溪穴治疗老年性白内障的中医医理,探讨白内障选用解溪穴的意义所在。并附验案1则,以证其效。Acupuncture at Jiexi(ST41)acupoint for treating cataract has been recorded in ancient books.Applying the Qinglong tailwaving manipulation(青龙摆尾手法),the curative effect is better.However,its theory is not clear,so it has not been paid attention to in the treatment of eye diseases.It is a pity that acupuncture at Jiexi acupoint has a remarkable curative effect on senile cataract,but it is rarely applied.Therefore,from the perspectives of acupuncture at Jiexi acupoint to nourish essence,reassure the spirit,and open the mysterious palace,and applying the Qinglong tail-waving manipulation for promoting the movement of Qi(气)and blood,the TCM theory of treating senile cataract by acupuncture at Jiexi acupoint was deeply analyzed in this article,in order to explore the significance of acupuncture at Jiexi acupoint on cataract.An empirical case is attached to prove the effectiveness.
