摘　　要：近年来我国心血管疾病患病率持续上升,心血管疾病的治疗负担沉重。国家倡导在生命早期强调心血管健康,以预防为主,增强体质,减少心血管疾病的发生概率。运气学说通过阴阳支配五运六气来预测和掌握气候变化规律,把自然界气候变化和人体发病规律统一起来,体现了中医“天人相应”思想,对指导疾病的防治有重大意义。2022年整体少阳相火司天,厥阴风木在泉,岁木太过,是为同天符,气候较为多变,上半年易化火动风,下半年则易出现夹湿夹瘀之证。因此在当年心血管疾病的防治过程中,宜调畅情志,上半年以养阴清热为主,下半年以疏肝健脾为主,并注意气温的骤然变化。In recent years,the prevalence of cardiovascular diseases in our country has continued to rise,and the burden of the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is heavy.The state advocates that cardiovascular health should be emphasized in the early stages of life,prevention should be the priority,and physical fitness should be strengthened,so as to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases.The Yunqi(运气)theory predicts and masters the laws of climate change through five evolutive phases and six climatic factors which governed by Yin and Yang(阴阳),and unifies the natural climate changes and the laws of human diseases.It embodies the thought of“correspondence between nature and humans”in TCM,and is of great significance for guiding the prevention and treatment of diseases.In 2022,Sitian(司天)is Shaoyang Xianghuo(少阳相火),Zaiquan(在泉)is Jueyin Fengmu(厥阴风木),the attribute of Mu(木)is too much,and it is a year of Tongtianfu(同天符),in which the climate is more changeable.In the first half of the year,it will be easy to cause fire and wind,and in the second half of the year,it will be easy to appear signs of dampness stagnation and blood stasis.Therefore,in the process of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,it is advisable to keep the mind comfortable.In the first half of the year,it is mainly to nourish Yin and clear away heat,and in the second half of the year,it is mainly to soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen,and pay attention to the sudden changes in temperature.
