基于“玄府理论”探讨“理血通玄法”治疗原发性皮肤淀粉样变

摘　　要：基于“玄府理论”探讨原发性皮肤淀粉样变的病因病机,认为本病的病位核心在于玄府,内外合邪使气血凝滞、阴亏血耗从而导致玄府郁闭是本病的病机关键。玄府的开阖正常、功能通畅对本病的治疗具有重要意义,玄府郁闭可导致皮肤代谢的失常以及剧烈的瘙痒。本病治疗的基本准则为开通玄府,将“理血通玄法”作为主要的治疗方法,自拟理血消风汤,以期为当前原发性皮肤淀粉样变的医治提供新的诊疗思路。Based on the theory of Xuanfu(玄府),the etiology and pathogenesis of primary cutaneous amyloidosis are discussed.It is considered that the core location of the disease is Xuanfu.The key pathogenesis of the disease is the stagnation of Qi(气)and blood due to the combination of internal and external pathogenesis.The normal opening and closing and unobstructed function of Xuanfu are of great significance to this disease.Xuanfu stagnation can lead to abnormal skin metabolism and severe pruritus.The basic principle of the treatment of the disease is to open Xuanfu,take the Lixue Tongxuan method(理血通玄法)as the main treatment therapy,and apply the Lixue Xiaofeng decoction(理血消风汤),in order to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of primary cutaneous amyloidosis.
