摘　　要：目的:分析区域性专科联盟同质化管理的影响因素,提出对策建议,促进区域性专科联盟同质化发展。方法:以5M1E分析法为理论框架,结合李克特量表,制定调查问卷,通过数据统计分析,筛选影响专科联盟同质化管理推进的主要因素。结果:调查对象对专科联盟同质化管理水平总体态度为“一般”,其中不同职务、不同岗位人员对专科联盟同质化管理水平的总体评价存在差异。5M1E因素分析发现影响同质化水平的因素从高到低依次为方法、材料、人员、测量、环境、机器。多元线性回归分析表明,人员、材料、方法、测量显著正向影响总体评价。结论:通过构建同质化管理体系,加强诊疗服务质量标准、人员教育培训、设备设施配备同质化运行,落实同质化考核评价,将有助于推动专科联盟同质化管理。Objective:The research aimed to analyze the influencing factors of homogenization management of regional specialty alliances,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the homogenization development of regional specialty alliances.Methods:Taking 5M1E analysis method as the theoretical framework,combined with Likert scale,with a questionnaire formulated,the research screened the main factors affecting the promotion of homogenization management of specialty alliance through data statistical analysis.Results:The overall attitude of the respondents towards the homogenization management level of the specialty alliance was"general",and there were differences in the overall evaluation of the homogenization management level of the specialty alliance by personnel in different positions.5M1E factor analysis found that the factors affecting the homogenization level from high to low were Method,Material,Man,Measurement,Environment and Machine.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors of Man,Material,Method and Measurement had a significant positive impact on the overall evaluation.Conclusion:By constructing a homogeneous management system,strengthening the quality standards of diagnosis and treatment services,personnel education and training,homogenized running of equipment and facilities,and implementing homogenized assessment and evaluation,it will be helpful to promote the homogenization management of specialty alliance.
