摘　　要：目的:了解西部省级医院运营现状,提出管理对策,为提升西部省级医院核心竞争力提供参考。方法:浏览西部省级医院官网,收集基本情况信息,与100强医院进行对比,分析影响西部省级医院竞争力的因素。结果:西部省级医院基本配置与100强医院水平接近,而运营效率与100强医院平均水平仍有一定差距。结论:医院运营、学科建设、人才建设、医疗技术和学术科研是影响西部省级医院竞争力的重要因素。建议西部省级医院打破传统医疗服务模式,调整运营管理模式和学科格局,加强人才建设,注重学术科研,提升诊疗能力。Objective:To understand the operation status of western provincial hospitals,put forward management countermeasures,and provide reference for improving the core competitiveness of western provincial hospitals.Methods:The basic information of western provincial hospitals was collected by browsing the official websites.Results:The basic configuration of western provincial hospitals was close to that of the top 100 hospitals,but there was still a certain gap between the operational efficiency and the average level of the top 100 hospitals.Conclusion:Hospital operation,discipline construction,talent construction,medical technology and academic research were important factors that affect the competitiveness of western provincial hospitals.It is suggested that the western provincial hospitals should break the traditional medical service model,adjust the operation management model and discipline pattern,strengthen the construction of talents,pay attention to academic research,and improve the diagnosis and treatment capabilities.
