摘　　要：目的:调查国内护理人员法律法规知识掌握程度与培训开展情况,为医院管理者开展护理人员法律法规相关培训提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对全国21个省(自治区、直辖市)的21584名护理人员进行职业相关法律法规知识水平及培训开展情况调查。结果:护理人员法律法规知识平均得分为78.71±14.21分(得分范围0~100分),院校教育是护理人员获取法律法规知识的最主要途径,不同医院级别、工作年限、学历、职称、医院是否进行新护士法律法规知识培训是护理人员法律法规知识掌握程度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员法律法规知识掌握情况处于中等水平,提示医院管理者应高度重视护理人员法律法规知识培训教育,管理者可根据护理人员特点构建分层次、个体化的法律法规培训体系。Objective:To investigate the knowledge of laws and regulations and training development of nurses in our country,which is to provide a reference for implementing the training of laws and formulating the policies.Methods:The convenient sampling method was used and 21,584 nurses from 21 provinces,autonomous regions,and municipalities across the country were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results:The average score was 78.71±14.21 points(scores ranged from 0 to 100 points).The training experience in college was the main way for nurses to obtain knowledge of laws and regulations.The factor analysis showed that different hospital levels,working years,academic qualifications,professional titles,and whether the hospital provides training for new nurses contributed to the nurses’knowledge of laws and regulations(P<0.05).Conclusions:The knowledge of nurses’laws and regulations was at a moderate level,which should arouse the attention of medical institutions.To improve the level of nurses,medical institutions,should build a more systematic and complete training system based on the characteristics of nursing staff.
