北京某公立三甲医院多院区学科布局难点及管理对策

摘　　要：近年来,国内多数大型三甲医院呈现多院区发展趋势。笔者以北京市有3个院区的某公立三甲医院为例,通过分析多院区医院学科布局中存在的问题与难点,结合实践提出医院多院区建设和筹备阶段,医院功能定位的确立以及建设后根据需要适时调整对学科建设的重要性。In recent years,most large Grade Ⅲ hospitals in China have shown a trend of multi-district development.Taking a public Grade Ⅲ hospital with 3 districts in Beijing as an example,the author analyzes the problems and difficulties in the disciplinary layout of multi-district hospitals,and puts forward the construction and preparatory stages of multi-district hospitals,the establishment of hospital functions and the establishment of hospital functions based on practice.After construction,adjust the importance of discipline construction in a timely manner as needed.
