茶芎低温水提剂防治鼻咽癌放射性口腔炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨茶芎低温水提取剂防治鼻咽癌放射性口腔炎的临床效果。方法选取江西省肿瘤医院2021年1-10月收治的50例鼻咽癌并发放射性口腔炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表方法分为对照组(25例)与治疗组(25例),对照组采用生理盐水含漱方法,治疗组采用茶芎低温水提剂含漱,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后炎症因子水平、口腔炎发生时间、中医证候积分、口腔炎分级。结果治疗组总有效率(88.00%)高于对照组(64.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α及中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组更低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组放疗后发生口腔炎时间较对照组长(P<0.05)。治疗组口腔炎分级1级占比高于对照组,2级、3级占比均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茶芎低温水提剂对鼻咽癌放射性口腔炎的防治效果较优,能够缓解临床症状,修复患者口腔黏膜,降低口腔黏膜反应程度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chaxiong low temperature water extract in the prevention and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiation stomatitis.Methods Fifty patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma complicated by radiation stomatitis admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from January to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(25 cases)and the treatment group(25 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was gargled with normal saline,and the treatment group was gargled with low-temperature water extract of Chaxiong.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,stomatitis occurrence time,TCM syndrome score,and stomatitis grade were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(88.00%)was higher than that of the control group(64.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-αand TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of stomatitis after radiotherapy in the treatment group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of stomatitis grade 1 in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of stomatitis grade 2 and 3 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The low-temperature water extract of Chaxiong has better prevention and treatment effect on radiation stomatitis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,can relieve clinical symptoms,repair the oral mucosa of patients,reduce the degree of oral mucosal reaction.
