摘　　要：文章旨在探讨中药消风散临床治疗面部炎症性皮肤病疗效。西医认为面部炎症是皮肤受各种因素刺激后产生的防御性反应,治疗以抗组胺药和非甾体抗炎药为主。而中医认为,面部炎症性皮肤病多属于热性疾病,初期治疗常以疏风清热为主。消风散出自《外科正宗》,具有疏风养血、清热除湿的功效,常被用于治疗湿疹、荨麻疹等皮肤疾病。笔者导师应用消风散加减治疗脂溢性皮炎、面部湿疹、接触性皮炎等炎症性皮肤病,取得很好的临床疗效。The clinical efficacy of TCM medicine Xiaofeng San(消风散)on facial inflammatory skin diseases was explored in this paper.Western medicine believes that facial inflammation is a defensive reaction of the skin after being stimulated by various factors.Antihistamines and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines are mainly used clinically as the treatment methods of the disease in Western medicine.TCM believes that facial inflammatory skin diseases are mostly febrile diseases,and the initial treatment is often based on dispelling wind and clearing heat.Xiaofeng San comes from Waike Zhengzong(《外科正宗》),has the functions of dispelling wind and nourishing blood,and clearing heat and dehumidifying.It is often used to treat skin diseases such as eczema and urticaria.The author's tutor has applied Xiaofeng San to treat inflammatory skin diseases such as seborrheic dermatitis,facial eczema,and contact dermatitis,and has achieved good clinical effects.
