摘 要:目的探讨线上课堂联合多维度互动教学模式在急诊护理教学中的应用。方法根据实习日期不同,选取2018年10月—2019年10月42名实习护生为对照组,2020年2月—2021年2月42名实习护生为实验组。对照组根据中国医科大学附属第一医院急诊科原始培训材料进行临床实习教学,实验组在对照组的基础上采用线上课堂联合多维度互动教学模式进行临床实习教学。结果实验组护生急诊理论知识和实践操作技能考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组护生护理评估能力、应急处理能力、素质要求、护理记录书写、健康宣教的考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过线上课堂联合多维度互动这种新颖的教学模式的实践应用,护生急诊理论知识和实践操作技能水平均得到有效提高。Objective To explore the application of online classroom combined multi-dimensional interactive teaching mode in emergency nursing teaching.Methods According to the different internship dates,42 nursing interns from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the control group,and 42 nursing interns from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the experimental group.The control group carried out clinical practice teaching based on the original training materials,and the experimental group carried out clinical practice teaching based on the control group in an online classroom combined with a multi-dimensional interactive teaching model.Results Nursing students in the experimental group had higher emergency medical knowledge and practical skills assessment scores than those in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing students in the experimental group had a significant difference in their nursing assessment ability,emergency response ability,quality requirements,nursing record writing,and health education.The assessment scores of all were higher than the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the practical application of the novel teaching mode of online classroom+multi-dimensional interaction,the emergency theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing students are effectively improved.
