摘  要:李莹教授认为阳痿的发生、发展与肾虚关系最为密切,涉及肝、脾、心三脏。临床分为肾阳亏虚证、脾肾气虚证、心脾两虚证、肝郁气滞证、湿热下注证、血瘀证,辨证论治。治疗时以补肾法最为常用,肾阳亏虚、脾肾气虚、心脾两虚证均应不同程度的补肾。而对于肝郁气滞证、湿热下注证、血瘀证,应标本同治,或当标证缓解后,也需适当的填补肾精或温补肾阳,才能取得较好疗效。Professor Li Ying believes that the occurrence and development of impotence are closely related to kidney deficiency,involving liver,spleen and heart.Clinically,it is divided into kidney yang deficiency syndrome,qi deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome,deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome,liver qi stagnation syndrome,dampness-heat diffused downward syndrome and blood stasis syndrome,treatment based on syndrome differentiation.Tonifying kidney is the most commonly used method in treatment,kidney yang deficiency,spleen-kidney qi deficiency,and heart-spleen deficiency should be treated with tonifying kidney in different degrees.For liver qi stagnation syndrome,dampness-heat diffused downward syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,the treatment should be treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,or when the manifestation symptoms are relieved,also need to properly fill the kidney essence or warm kidney yang,in order to achieve better curative effect.
