半夏白术天麻汤联合天麻素注射液治疗老年人痰湿中阻型眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰湿中阻型眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2019年5月—2020年5月就诊于烟台凤凰台医院门诊及住院部的60例痰湿中阻型眩晕老年患者作为观察对象。将60例患者随机分为2组,每组30例,2组均常规支持、对症处理,其中治疗组给予半夏白术天麻汤加减及天麻素注射液治疗,对照组仅给予天麻素注射液治疗,对比观察2组的临床疗效、眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显高于对照组的76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后2组DHI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为6.67%(2/30),明显低于对照组的13.33%(4/30)(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减联合天麻素注射液治疗老年人痰湿中阻型眩晕临床效果显著,能够有效、快速地改善患者的症状,值得临床推广采用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction in the treatment of phlegm dampness obstruction vertigo.Methods From May 2019 to May 2020,60 elderly patients with phlegm dampness obstruction vertigo were selected as the observation objects.60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.Both groups were routine support,symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Gastrodin injection treatment,and the control group was only given Gastrodin injection treatment.The clinical efficacy,vertigo disorder scale(DHI)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 76.67%(23/30)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the DHI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.67%(2/30),significantly lower than 13.33%(4/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Gastrodin injection in the treatment of phlegm dampness obstruction vertigo has significantly clinical effect,can effectively and quickly improve the symptoms of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
