自拟升白颗粒治疗抗精神病药物所致白细胞下降临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究自拟升白颗粒治疗抗精神病药物所致白细胞下降的效果。方法选择正在接受抗精神病药物治疗所致白细胞下降的患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组30例,对照组给予利可君片治疗,研究组给予自拟升白颗粒治疗,统计分析2组患者的外周血白细胞总数、升白疗效、中医证候疗效。结果治疗3周、治疗6周时研究组患者的外周血白细胞总数均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的升白总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。研究组患者的中医证候总有效率为86.67%(26/30),高于对照组的66.67%(20/30)(P<0.05)。结论自拟升白颗粒治疗抗精神病药物所致白细胞下降的效果较利可君片显著。Objective To explore the curative effect of Shengbai granule in the treatment of leukopenia induced by antipsychotics.Methods 60 patients with leukopenia induced by antipsychotics were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Likejun tablets,and the study group was treated with self-made Shengbai granules.The total number of peripheral blood leukocytes,the clinical effect and the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results At T1 and T2,the total number of leukocytes in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of whitening in the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the study group was 86.67%(26/30),which was higher than 66.67%(20/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of leukopenia caused by antipsychotics,the effect of Shengbai granule is more significant than that of Likejun tablet.
