血塞通片治疗老年椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨血塞通片治疗老年椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择2019年8月—2020年9月衡阳市中医医院收治的老年椎动脉颈椎病患者84例,通过随机数字表法分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例),对照组予以牵引疗法,研究组在此基础上加用血塞通片治疗,比较2组患者的椎动脉血流动力学及血清学指标。结果治疗1个月后,研究组患者的椎动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、平均血流速度(TMFV)水平显著高于对照组,研究组椎动脉血管阻力指数(RI)、血管搏动指数(PI)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,研究组患者的血清内皮素(ET)、神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞通片治疗可有效改善老年椎动脉型颈椎病患者的椎动脉血流动力学,促进局部血液循环,减轻血管内皮功能损伤,降低机体炎症介质表达。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuesaitong tablets in the treatment of senile cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods 84 elderly patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery admitted to Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into study group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group was treated with traction therapy,and the study group was treated with Xuesaitong tablets on the basis of traction therapy.The hemodynamics and serological indexes of vertebral artery were compared between the two groups.Results After one month of treatment,the levels of peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)and mean blood flow velocity(TMFV)of vertebral artery in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of vertebral artery vascular resistance index(RI)and vascular pulsatile index(PI)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the serum levels of endothelin(ET),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuesaitong tablets can effectively improve the vertebral artery hemodynamics of elderly patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,promote local blood circulation,reduce the damage of vascular endothelial function,and reduce the expression of inflammatory mediators.
