针刺改善食管癌的经验分析

摘　　要：食管癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤,以进食哽噎为主要表现,目前临床治疗效果欠佳。此文通过研究食管癌的中医病因病机,总结古今各医家的临床经验,以辨证论治为原则对食管癌引起的噎膈症状,治疗经验进行分析、总结。并将研究成果应用于临床实践,根据临床效果反馈,总结出相应证型的治疗方法。其缓解进食哽噎、吞咽困难等症状取得明显效果。Esophageal carcinoma is a common malignant tumor of digestive system,with choking on eating as the main manifestation.At present,the clinical treatment is not effective.By studying the etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper summarizes the clinical experience of ancient and modern doctors,analyzes and summarizes the treatment experience of diaphragmatic choking caused by esophageal cancer based on the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The research results were applied to clinical practice,and the corresponding treatment methods were summarized according to the feedback of clinical effects.It alleviates eating choking,dysphagia and other symptoms to achieve obvious results.
