毫针针刺联合梅花针叩刺治疗脱发临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究毫针针刺联合梅花针叩刺治疗脱发的效果及对复发率的影响。方法将96例脱发患者采用随机数表法的方式分成治疗组和对照组,每组48例,治疗组以毫针针刺联合梅花针叩刺治疗,对照组只以毫针针刺治疗。治疗3个月后比较2组治疗效果、复发率及微量元素水平。结果治疗组总有效率97.92%(47/48)高于对照组的77.08%(37/48)(P<0.05),治疗组复发率的20.83%(10/48)低于对照组的54.17%(26/48)(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组微量元素铁(Fe)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组Fe、Cu、Zn微量元素水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毫针针刺联合梅花针扣刺治疗脱发具有良好的效果。Objective To explore the curative effect of filiform needle acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle percussion acupuncture in the treatment of alopecia and its influence on the recurrence rate.Methods 96 cases of alopecia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with filiform needle acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle percussion acupuncture,while the control group was only treated with filiform needle acupuncture.After 3 months of treatment,the therapeutic effect,recurrence rate and trace element levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of trace elements iron(Fe),copper(Cu)and zinc(Zn)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Fe,Cu and Zn in treatment group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Filiform needle acupuncture combined with plum blossom needle percussion acupuncture in the treatment of alopecia has good curative effect.
