风池穴温针灸联合祛风散内服治疗面神经炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究风池穴温针灸联合祛风散内服治疗面神经炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年11月—2020年9月大连市中医医院风寒外袭型面神经炎患者128例,随机分为2组,各64例。对照组采用改善微循环、激素及营养神经药物治疗,试验组采用温针灸联合祛风散内服治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、FDI评分、临床症状改善情况。结果试验组治疗总有效率为98.44%(63/64),高于对照组的89.06%(57/64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FDI评分升高,且试验组高于对照组;口角流涎、闭目不全等临床症状评分均降低,且试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风池穴温针灸联合祛风散治疗风寒外袭型面神经炎效果较好,可有效改善口角流涎、神经麻木等临床症状,提高FDI评分。Objective To explore the effect of warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20)combined with oral administration of Qufeng powder in the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods 128 cases of patients with facial neuritis of exopathogenic cold-wind type were randomly divided into two groups,with 64 cases in each.The control group was treated with drugs to improve microcirculation,hormone and nutrition,and the experimental group received warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20)combined with oral administration of Qufeng powder.The clinical effect,FDI score and improvement of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.44%(63/64),which was higher than 89.06%(57/64)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FDI score in the two groups was raised,the experimental group was higher than the control group.clinical symptom scores of salivation and incomplete eye closure in the two groups were decreased,the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion warming needle moxibustion at Fengchi(GB20)combined with oral administration of Qufeng powder is effective in treating facial neuritis of exopathogenic cold-wind type,can effectively improve clinical symptoms such as mouth salivation and nerve numbness,and improve FDI score.
