摘　　要：慢性胃炎是消化系统常见病之一。中医药医治该病已经逐步被临床所重视,且整体反馈良好。吴秋玲教授在治疗慢性胃炎方面有丰富的经验,其自拟柴枳四君消痞汤治疗脾虚气滞型慢性胃炎,效果显著。文章从方证来源、现代药理学研究、病案整理、案例分析及总结体会等方面进行分析总结,希望对从事该病研究的广大临床科研工作者有所指导和帮助。Chronic gastritis is one of the common diseases of digestive system.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease has been gradually paid more attention in clinic,and the overall feedback is good.Professor Wu Qiuling has rich experience in the treatment of chronic gastritis.His own Chaizhi Sijun Xiaopi decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type.This paper analyzes and summarizes the sources of prescriptions and prescriptions,modern pharmacological research,medical record sorting,case analysis and summary of experience,hoping to provide guidance and help to the majority of clinical scientific research workers engaged in the research of this disease.
