摘　　要：1920年雌激素样物质被发现存在于植物当中,1926年雌激素活性成分被人们首次从植物中分离出来;1975年其被证实存在于几百余种植物当中;1979年发现植物雌激素存在于灵长目动物体内;1982年发现植物雌激素存在于人类尿液当中;20世纪90年代,逐步发现植物雌激素对于女性更年期疾病、骨质疏松的预防和治疗具有良好的作用。当前已经从多种植物当中例如动物的牧草,人类的粮食、水果、蔬菜等分离出了多种多样的植物性雌激素。此文对含有植物雌激素的中药类复方防治绝经后骨质疏松的研究进行综述。In 1920,estrogen like substances were found in plants.In 1926,the active components of estrogen were isolated from plants for the first time.In 1975,it was confirmed that it existed in more than hundreds of plants.In 1979,it was found that phytoestrogen existed in primates.In 1982,it was found that phytoestrogen existed in human urine.In the 1990s,it was found that phytoestrogen existed in human urine It has been gradually found that it has a good effect on the prevention and treatment of female menopausal diseases and osteoporosis.At present,a variety of phytoestrogens have been isolated from a variety of plants,such as animal forage,human food,fruits,vegetables and so on.In this paper,the experimental research progress on the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis with herbal compound containing phytoestrogen was reviewed.
