摘　　要：目的了解2021年第十届中国花卉博览会(简称“上海花博会”)园区内伤害流行病学特征,为制定合理有效的干预措施提供依据。方法利用2021年花博园区内各医疗点伤害监测报告数据,分析上海花博会园区内发生的伤害病例,对其伤害原因、伤害性质等流行病学特征进行描述性分析。结果2021年5月21日—6月13日上海花博会期间,共收集140例伤害病例。5月22日游客伤害发生率单日最高(6.92/万),在采取健康教育及整改园区内危险因素等一系列干预措施后,游客伤害发生率有大幅度下降,从开园第一周的2.58/万下降到最后一周的1.51/万(χ^(2)=6.07,P<0.05)。游客的伤害发生主要类型是跌倒/坠落,园区内最主要的伤害性质是挫伤、擦伤和扭伤。结论上海花博会园区内伤害发生特征表明,在大型活动中,及时进行健康教育等干预措施能有效地降低伤害的发生。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of injuries in the 10th China Flower Expo(Shanghai Flower Expo)in 2021,and to provide a basis for the formulating of reasonable and effective intervention measures.Methods Based on the injury monitoring report data of medical injuries in Flower Expo Park in 2021,the injury cases in Shanghai Flower Expo Park were analyzed,and the epidemiological characteristics such as injury cause and injury nature were descriptive analyzed.Results From May 21 to June 13,2021,a total of 140 injury cases were collected.The injury rate of tourists peaked on May 22(6.92/105).After a series of intervention measures,such as health education and rectification of injury risk factors in the park,the injury rate of tourists decreased significantly,from 258/105 in the first week to 151/105 in the last week(χ^(2)=6.07,P<0.05).The main injury types of tourists are falls,and the main injury properties in the park are contusion,abrasion and sprain.Conclusions The characteristics of injury in the Shanghai Flower Expo park indicate that timely health education and other intervention measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of injury in large-scale activities.
