摘  要:分析“桃形沟”和高精度车床的加工工艺特点,提出一种通过高精度数控车床实现以车代磨的加工方法,通过对“桃形沟”零件进行轨迹模拟加工,研究其走刀路径的优化,并通过实际加工过程的测试数据进行有效性验证,解决“桃形沟”加工中的刀具选择与刀具切削最优角度确定等关键技术问题。结果表明,该方法加工的“桃形沟”类零件的误差均在该类零件标准允许误差范围内,实现了“桃形沟”类零件以车代磨的新加工方法的参数优化设计,为机械加工工艺改进提供了新的思路。The machining characteristics of"peach groove"and high-precision lathe were analyzed,and a machining method of turning instead of grinding was proposed by high-precision CNC lathe.Through the trajectory simulation processing of"peach groove"parts,the optimization of its cutting path was studied,and the validity was verified by the test data in the actual machining process.The key technical problems such as tool selection and optimal cutting Angle determination in"peach groove"machining are solved.The results show that the errors of"peach-shaped groove"parts processed by this method are all within the standard error range of this kind of parts,and the parameter optimization design of the new machining method of"peach-shaped groove"parts processed by turning instead of grinding is realized,which provides a new idea for the improvement of machining technology.
