摘 要:将物联网技术应用到传统养猪场,设计了养猪场群体精细饲喂控制系统。在猪场内布置节点对环境的温湿度、氨气浓度、排泄池水位、生猪体温等信息进行采集,并由STM32处理器作出处理。利用RFID、自动称重传感和温度传感等技术对生猪的采食次数、时间、采食量、日增质量、料肉比进行测定,采集到的信息保存到数据库中。对数据进行记录和统计,可以形成猪日生长性能报告。使用VS2017开发了上位机,养殖人员既可以查询信息,查看猪场监控视频,也能够在上位机端进行操控,遇特殊情况可以启动报警。经测试,系统工作稳定,对于提高生猪养殖的科学化、自动化水平具有重要意义。The Internet of Things technology was applied to the traditional pig farm, and the population fine feeding control system of pig farm was designed. Inside of the pig farm, the nodes collect information such as the temperature and humidity of the environment, the ammonia concentration, the drain water level, and the body temperature of the pig, and are processed by the STM32 processor. RFID, automatic weighing sensor and temperature sensor were used to measure the feeding times, time, feed intake, daily increasing quality and feed-meat ratio of breeding pigs. The collected information was stored in the database. The daily growth performance report of pigs can be formed by recording and statistics of the data. Using VS2017 to develop the upper computer, the farmer can not only query information, view the pigsty monitoring video, but also operate on the host computer, and in special cases can start the alarm. After testing, the system works stably, which is of great significance to improve the scientific and automatic level of pig breeding.
