摘 要:基于复杂轮系状态空间理论,提出了一种复杂行星轮系功率流分析的简便方法。首先将复杂轮系拆分成基本单元,通过对单元结合点进行分析,建立相应轮系的特征状态方程以及基本单元的连接约束方程;然后对轮系单元结合点进行特征状态向量分析,根据轮系的实际情况确定结合点功率正负,判断功率流向;最后以某风机减速器为例,对其轮系的功率流进行分析,验证了该方法的有效性。Based on the state space theory of complex planetary gear trains,a simple method for analyzing the power flow of complex planetary gear trains is presented.Firstly,the complex gear train is divided into basic units,and the characteristic state equation of the corresponding gear train and the connection constraint equation of the basic units are established by analyzing the joint points of the units.Then,the characteristic state vector analysis is carried out on the joint points of the gear train units,and the positive and negative power of the nodes is determined according to the actual situation of the gear train,and the power flow direction is judged.Finally,taking a fan reducer as an example,the power flow of its gear train is analyzed,and the effectiveness of this method is verified.
