摘  要:为了研究TA15钛合金超疏水表面与表面粗糙度的关系,首先利用电化学方法制备TA15超疏水表面,得到最佳超疏水表面的接触角、滚动角分别为166.7°和3.7°;然后通过单因素试验,得出电流密度和刻蚀时间是影响其疏水性变化的主要因素;最后测量了不同参数下表面粗糙度值,与接触角、滚动角数据拟合,得到超疏水表面粗糙度的最小值为1.32μm。通过对TA15表面粗糙度与疏水性的变化分析得出:在达到最佳疏水状态前,粗糙度越大,接触角就越大,滚动角也就越小;达到最佳疏水状态后,粗糙度继续增大,接触角减小,滚动角增大。In order to study the relationship between the super hydrophobic surface and surface roughness of TA15 titanium alloy,the super hydrophobic surface of TA15 is firstly prepared by electrochemical method,and the optimal contact angle and rolling Angle of the super hydrophobic surface are 166.7°and 3.7°respectively.Then through the single factor test,it is concluded that current density and etching time are the main factors affecting the change of hydrophobicity.Finally,the minimum value of the super-hydrophobic surface roughness is 1.32μm by measuring the surface roughness values under different parameters and fitting the contact angle and the rolling angle data,and through the analysis of the variation of TA15 surface roughness and hydrophobicity,the bigger the roughness before the optimal hydrophobic state,the bigger the contact angle and the smaller the rolling angle,after the optimal hydrophobic state,the roughness increases continuously,the contact angle decreases and the rolling angle increases.
