摘 要:电力终端用户对用电可靠性的需求显著提升,需要进行配电网差异化设计。在对某二级甲等医院一栋5层普通临街商用建筑一级负荷用电需求分析的基础上,确定了具体的微网模式,所设计的微网运行在10 kV配网上,用户可以对变电用电、母线选择、无功补偿等自行管理,有效满足了用户需求。针对用户对用电的可靠性需求,完成了用电一次和二次系统可靠性设计,实现了大运行、大营销模式下用户体验的最优化。The end users'demand for electricity reliability is obviously improved,so it is necessary to design the distribution network differently.Based on the analysis of the electricity demand of a 5-story ordinary street-level commercial building of a Grade II-A hospital with primary load,a specific micro-grid model was determined.The designed micro-grid runs on the 10 kV distribution network,and users can manage the substation power consumption,busbar selection,and reactive power compensation by themselves,which effectively meets the users'needs.The reliability design of the primary and secondary systems of electricity consumption is completed to meet the reliability requirements of users for electricity consumption,and the optimization of user experience under the large operation and marketing mode is realized.
