摘　　要：恶性肿瘤的发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势,抗肿瘤药物仍然是目前抗肿瘤治疗最常用的方法之一。近年来,随着肿瘤生物学及相关学科的深入研究,新型抗肿瘤药物迅速发展,具有巨大的研究价值和发展潜力。本文就新型抗肿瘤药物包括分子靶向药物、免疫治疗药物、传统化疗药物新剂型、多靶点新型抗肿瘤药物进行综述,内容涉及其作用机制、临床应用及最新研究进展,为新一代抗肿瘤药物的研发提供思路与方法。Recently,the incidence of malignant tumors is increasing worldwide.Antineoplastic agents are still one of the most commonly used methods for antineoplastic treatment.In recent years,with the in-depth research of tumor biology and related disciplines,novel antineoplastic agents have rapidly developed,which has great research value and development potential.Present article introduces the mechanism of action,clinical application and latest research progress of molecular targeted agents,immunotherapy agents,novel preparation of traditional chemotherapy agents,and novel anti-tumor agents with multiple targets,so as to provide ideas and methods for the research and development of a new generation of antineoplastic agents.
