摘　　要：小分子靶向抗肿瘤药物在临床上得到广泛应用,并取得了一定的疗效,但在使用过程中出现了不同程度毒副反应。降低用药风险、提高患者用药依从性、保证临床疗效,是医务人员关心的问题。本文归纳不同作用靶点的小分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的临床应用规范、用药注意事项、药物相互作用及用药监护要点,总结药物的作用特点、用药风险点及防治措施,为小分子靶向抗肿瘤药物的安全、有效、精准使用提供用药支持。Small molecule targeted antitumor drugs are widely used in clinical practice and have achieved certain efficacy,but there are different degrees of antoxic side effects in the process of use.Reducing medication risk,improving patients’medication compliance and ensuring clinical efficacy are the concerns of the medical staffs.This paper generalized the clinical application specifications,medication attentions,drug interactions and medication monitoring points according to the different action targets of small molecule targeted antitumor agents,and summarized the characteristics of drug action,drug risks and prevention measures,so as to provide medical support for guaranteeing the safe,effective and accurate use of small molecule targeted antitumor drugs.
