摘 要:通过单矿物浮选实验,研究了在十二胺浮选体系中菱镁矿、白云石的浮选行为及调整剂Fe^(3+)对两种矿物可浮性的影响。依据傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、接触角测试研究了Fe^(3+)的作用机理。浮选实验结果表明:十二胺体系中,在矿浆自然pH值条件下,白云石的可浮性优于菱镁矿,菱镁矿与白云石具有一定的浮游差,添加少量的Fe^(3+)显著提升了两种矿物的浮游差。红外光谱测试结果表明:十二胺在白云石、菱镁矿表面的吸附主要是静电吸附,白云石-CH_(3)和-CH_(2)的对称和不对称拉伸振动的峰值增大。接触角测试结果表明:少量Fe^(3+)的加入使得白云石接触角明显增大,疏水性增强,对菱镁矿可浮性影响不大,起到了选择性活化白云石的作用。Through the single mineral flotation test,the flotation behavior of magnesite and dolomite in the dodecylamine flotation system and the influence of the regulator Fe^(3+) on the floatability of the two minerals were studied.Based on Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR)and contact angle test,the mechanism of Fe^(3+) was studied.The flotation test results show that in the dodecylamine system,under the natural pH condition of the pulp,the floatability of dolomite is better than that of magnesite.There is a certain floatation difference between magnesite and dolomite,and the addition of a small amount of Fe^(3+) significantly improves the floatation difference of the two minerals.Infrared spectroscopy test results show that the adsorption of dodecylamine on the surface of dolomite is mainly electrostatic adsorption,dolomite CO_(3)^(2−)out-of-plane bending vibration and CO_(3)_(2−) in-plane bending vibration are almost unchanged,and-CH_(3) and-CH_(2) are symmetrical and asymmetrical.The peak value of extensional vibration increases.The contact angle test results show that the addition of a small amount of Fe^(3+) enhances the hydrophobicity of dolomite,which has the effect of activating dolomite.
