摘　　要：通过探索钢架雪车运动员训练与竞赛中运动损伤的类型与康复治疗方法,为提高运动员的训练状态和竞技水平提供保障。针对钢架雪车运动员的髂腰肌疲劳性损伤以及腰椎小关节紊乱、骶髂关节紊乱,提出动态神经肌肉稳定技术疗法、悬吊运动疗法、美式整脊疗法、肌筋膜手法等多种具体治疗方案,旨在为今后钢架雪车项目所造成的腰部疲劳性损伤提供理论依据及新治疗思路。By exploring the types of sports injuries and rehabilitation treatment methods of skeleton athletes in training and competition, so as to provide guarantee for improving the training state and competitive level of athletes. Aiming at the fatigue injury of iliopsoas muscle, disorder of small joints in lumber vertebra and articulati of skeleton athletes, it puts forward a variety of specific treatment schemes, such as dynamic neuromuscular stabilization technique, sling exercise therapy, American chiropractic therapy, myofascial manipulation and other schemes to provide theoretical basis and new treatment ideas for the waist fatigue injury caused by the skeleton project in the future.
