高校建设冰雪项目高水平运动队的价值定位与布局规划研究

摘　　要：为深入贯彻落实国家相关政策意见,推动高校冰雪项目高水平运动队的建设,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对高校建设冰雪项目高水平运动队的条件需求、价值定位、布局规划进行探索。研究发现:场地设施、专业人才、资金扶持、政策支撑是高校建设冰雪项目高水平运动队的条件需求;助力体育强国建设、深化体教融合、推动冰雪运动进校园以及延续冬奥会红利是冰雪项目高水平运动队建设的价值体现;在建设过程中应当明晰建设目标、建设与监管主体、运动队规模与质量以及运动员训练与学习定位;在规划布局中则需要结合当前高校冰雪项目高水平运动队的分布情况,对规划思想和规划配置进行合理设计,以期为我国培养更多综合型冰雪体育人才,探索出学校体育发展的新路径。In order to thoroughly implement the relevant national policies and opinions, promote the construction of high-level sports teams for ice and snow events in colleges and universities, this paper uses the methods of literature and material law, expert interview and logic analysis to explores the condition demand, value orientation,and layout planning for the construction of high-level sports teams for ice and snow events in colleges and universities. The research finds that: venue facilities, professional talents, financial support and policies support are the condition requirements for colleges and universities to construct high-level ice and snow events sports teams. The value of the construction of high-level sports team in ice and snow events shows in helping build a sports power, deepening the integration of sports and education, promoting ice and sports into the campus, and continuing the dividend of Winter Olympics. In the construction process, we should make clear the construction objectives, the main body of construction and supervision, the size and quality of sports team, and the learning orientation of athletes’ training. In planning layout, it is necessary to combine the current distribution of high-level sports teams for ice and snow events in colleges and universities, and make reasonable design for planning ideas and planning configuration, in order to cultivate more comprehensive ice and snow sports talents for China and explore a new path for school sports development.
