摘　　要：中俄冰雪休闲产业新经济带的构建有利于整合“一带一路”中俄冰雪运动休闲资源,搭建中俄冰雪休闲项目大发展平台,深入发展中俄两国体育外交,同时还可以促进“一带一路”沿线国家合作发展。运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法,对“一带一路”视域下中俄冰雪休闲产业新经济带的构建进行研究。结果表明:经济带的构建应遵循“一带一路”建设原则、“统筹发展”原则、“科技创新”原则和市场导向原则。构建路径是创建中俄冰雪休闲合作走廊、形成中俄区域型一体化经济、研发新型冰雪运动休闲项目、打造中俄冰雪运动特色休闲品牌,旨在推进中俄冰雪产业合作机制的可持续发展,为将中俄冰雪产业的发展推向更高水平、更高层次提供理论依据。The construction of new economic zone of ice and snow leisure industry in China and Russia is conducive to the integration of"One Belt And One Road"ice and snow sports leisure resources in China and Russia,and the establishment of a large development platform for ice and snow leisure projects in China and Russia.At the same time,further develop sports diplomacy between China and Russia.in this study,literature review,comparative analysis and logical analysis are used to study the construction of new economic belt of ice and snow leisure industry in China and Russia from the perspective of"One Belt And One Road".The results show that the construction should follow the principles of"One Belt one Road","overall development"and"scientific and technological innovation"and"Marketoriented principle".The construction path is to create a China-Russia ice and snow leisure cooperation corridor,form a regional integrated economy between China and Russia,develop new ice and snow sports leisure projects,and build a Brand of Ice and snow sports leisure between China and Russia.Finally,promote the sustainable development of China-Russia ice and snow industry cooperation mechanism and push the development of China and Russia ice and snow industry to a higher level.
