摘　　要：冰雪运动的发展与冰雪文化的建设密切相关。在北京冬奥会成功举办的有利背景下,通过比较我国与西方冰雪运动在文化层面上存在的差异,从制度文化、精神文化、冰雪人口、资金投向、训练体制五方面,探析各自的特点及发展方式。针对我国与冰雪运动强国之间的差距,提出在制度文化方面取长补短,在精神文化方面增大交流,加强冰雪产业与基础设施建设,拓宽冰雪运动项目资金投向,改良冰雪运动员训练体制,以期全面提升我国冰雪运动竞技与文化水平,为助力我国建设成为21世纪冰雪体育强国提供理论支撑。The development of ice and snow sports is closely related to the construction of ice and snow culture.Under the favorable background of the successful holding of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, by comparing the cultural differences between China and Western ice and snow sports, exploring their respective characteristics and development methods from five aspects: institutional culture, spiritual culture, ice and snow population,capital investment and training system. In view of the gap between China and the ice and snow sports powers,it is proposed to learn from each other in terms of institutional culture, increase exchanges in spiritual culture,strengthen the ice and snow industry and infrastructure construction, broaden the investment direction of ice and snow sports projects, and improve the training system of ice and snow athletes, with a view to comprehensively improving the competitive and cultural level of China’s ice and snow sports, and providing theoretical support to help China build itself into a powerful ice and snow sports country in the 21st century.
