摘  要:在现代化电力营销过程中,企业不仅要立足于营销环境作出系列决策部署,也需要不断提高营销服务水平,基于优质服务理念提高客户满意度,促进电力服务效率提升。可以说电力营销是电力行业发展的关键环节,当电力体制发生变革时企业所制定的营销服务策略也应当及时进行更改,并把握卖方市场与买方市场之间的关系。在激烈的市场竞争中电力企业想要获得发展优势需要重点关注服务方面,通过现代化市场营销理念与手段的落实来突破传统营销限制,并实现营销服务优质化规范化,帮助企业树立良好社会形象,进而获得客户的信任和支持。In the process of modern electric power marketing,enterprises must not only make a series of decisions and deployments based on the marketing environment,but also continuously improve the level of marketing services,improve customer satisfaction based on the concept of high-quality service,and promote the improvement of power service efficiency.It can be said that power marketing is a key link in the development of the power industry.When the power system changes,the marketing service strategy formulated by the enterprise should also be changed in time,and the relationship between the seller’s market and the buyer’s market should be grasped.In the fierce market competition,electric power companies need to focus on services if they want to gain development advantages,break through traditional marketing restrictions through the implementation of modern marketing concepts and means,and achieve high-quality and standardized marketing services to help enterprises establish a good social image,and then Gain customer trust and support.
