摘 要:为解决当前农村饮水不安全及水质保证运行薄弱等问题,以农村水厂微污染水处理工艺设计与研究为讨论方向,选取A县水厂作为研究案例,介绍了农村水厂微污染水处理工艺设计。由于该项目只采用沉淀法进行浓缩,其余炭池、滤池、反冲洗水、初滤水等大部分回用,浓缩水量比较低,因此设计采用重力浓缩;该项目污泥处理能力较强,为节省土地,故无法采用自然干燥法,而应采取机械脱水方法;通过对项目综合分析,采用离心式脱水机方案。提出了采用传统工艺与深度工艺相结合方法,传统工艺采用混凝沉淀过滤工艺,深度处理采用臭氧-活性炭工艺,污水采用重力浓缩和离心脱水工艺。论述了在净水处理设施工艺及废水处理设施工艺设计上的具体操作。In order to solve the current problems of rural drinking water insecurity and weak water quality guarantee operation,this paper discusses the design and research of micropolluted water treatment process in rural water plants.A county water plant was selected as the research case to introduce the rural water plant micropolluted water treatment process design.Since the project only concentrates by precipitation method,most of the carbon tank,filter,backwash water,primary filter water are reused,the water concentration is relatively low,so the design adopts gravity concentration.In order to save the strong sludge treatment capacity,the natural drying method requires mechanical dehydration.Through comprehensive analysis of the project,the project adopts centrifugal dewatering machine.Then put forward the traditional process and deep process combined method,the traditional process using coagulation sedimentation filtration process,deep treatment using ozone-activated carbon process,sewage using gravity concentration and centrifugal dehydration process,discusses the specific operation in the water treatment facilities process and wastewater treatment facilities process design.
