摘  要:采用焚烧法处理生活垃圾,是世界的主流趋势。资源化、无害化也是我国发展的主要目标。采用机械流化床垃圾焚烧炉焚烧垃圾,高温二次送风技术可使垃圾燃烧温度稳定在1200℃以上,使其充分燃烧从而彻底消除二恶英等污染物的生成。采用焦炭预热法即可稳定停炉后的炉温,并可以在短时间内使炉温升至1000℃以上,保证尾气排放连续达标。通过分析得出,使用机械流化床垃圾焚烧炉焚烧垃圾,投资少、占地小、运行稳定,节约土地资源的同时节约能量资源,无疑是一种新型城镇生活垃圾资源无害化的处理方法。Incineration is the mainstream trend in the world to treat domestic waste.Recycling and harmlessness are also the main goals of China's development.The mechanical fluidized bed waste incinerator is used to incinerate waste,and the high temperature secondary air supply technology can stabilize the waste combustion temperature above 1200°C,so that it can be fully burned to completely eliminate the generation of dioxins and other pollutants.The coke preheating method can stabilize the furnace temperature after shutdown,and can raise the furnace temperature to more than 1000°C in a short time to ensure that the exhaust gas emission continuously reaches the standard.Through analysis,it can be concluded that incineration of garbage with mechanical fluidized bed garbage incinerator is a new harmless treatment method for urban domestic garbage resources,with less investment,small land occupation,stable operation,saving land resources and energy resources.
