通管方结合中药封包治疗肾虚血瘀型输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通管方结合中药封包对肾虚血瘀型输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法将80例输卵管炎性不孕症患者随机分成对照组与研究组各40例,对照组采用输卵管通液术,观察组给予口服通管汤及中药封包热敷治疗。比较2组中医证候积分、临床疗效、宫内妊娠率、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后随访1年,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);随访2年,观察组宫内妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通管方结合中药封包治疗肾虚血瘀型输卵管炎性阻塞性不孕症能提高临床疗效及妊娠率,改善临床症状,降低炎性反应。Objective To Observe The curative effect of Tongguan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine package in treating tubal inflammatory obstructive infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods80 cases of tubal inflammatory obstructive infertility were randomly divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with tubal hydrotubation,the observation group was treated with Tongguan decoction and traditional Chinese medicine package. The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes, clinical curative effect,intrauterine pregnancy rate and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),after 1 year follow-up,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),after 2 years follow-up, the rate of intrauterine pregnancy in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-6 and TNF-Α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongguan decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine package can improve clinical efficacy and pregnancy rate, improve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory reaction in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type salpingitis.
