摘　　要：在构建符合中国国情的当代城市规划理论的努力中,本文提出国情与公共政策关系的“笼鸟关系”理论,认为国情制约着包括城市规划在内的一切公共政策,同时对如何理解国情提出了分析框架。In the effort to build a contemporary urban planning theory in line with China's national conditions,this paper proposes the"Cage-Bird Relationship"theory with a focus on the relationship between national conditions and public policies,followed by an analytical framework on how to better understand the national conditions.
