摘 要:针对普通氨纶染色时难以染深及皂洗色牢度差的问题,采用自制促染剂及3种分散染料对氨纶进行染色,分析促染剂对氨纶上染效果以及不同色光染料对皂洗色牢度的影响,并提出促染剂的促染机理。测试并分析染色前后氨纶纤维的结晶度、热学及力学性能变化。结果表明:加入促染剂FD-C,可有效实现氨纶的染深效果,且皂洗牢度的沾色均在3级以上。同时,促染剂FD-C不会对染料色光产生影响,染色后的纤维的力学性能也未有显著变化。Ordinary spandex is difficult to dye deep and has poor color fastness to soap washing,which brings certain limitations to its application.To solve the above problems,this paper used self-made dye promoters and three disperse dyes to dye spandex,analyzed the influence of dye promoters on the dyeing effect of spandex and the influence of different light dyes on the color fastness of soap washing,and proposed the promoting mechanism of dye promoters.The crystallinity,thermal and mechanical changes of spandex fibers before and after dyeing were analyzed.The results show that adding dye promoter FD-C can effectively achieve the dyeing effect of spandex,and the staining fastness of soap is above grade 3.At the same time,the dye promoter FD-C did not affect the dye light,and the mechanical properties of the dyed fibers did not change significantly.
