摘  要:设计合成了三芳基咪唑衍生物探针P,利用^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR、HRMS等表征手段确认其结构。荧光光谱测试研究表明在PBS-THF溶液(v/v,1:9,pH=7)中,Fe^(3+)的加入会引起探针P溶液荧光增强,并且探针P对Fe^(3+)具有选择性、抗干扰性、灵敏性等良好的性能。在0~10µmol/L范围内,499 nm处的荧光强度差值(F-F0)与Fe^(3+)浓度呈良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.99646),检测限为0.5µmol/L。Job’s曲线、EDTA可逆性实验、1 H NMR滴定、HRMS实验验证了探针P与Fe^(3+)之间配位作用机理。探针P可以固载于试纸条上检验溶液中的Fe^(3+),还可以测定实际水样中的Fe^(3+)含量并获得94.7%~106.0%回收率。Triarylimidazole derivatives based probe P was designed and synthesized and its structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS.Fluorescence spectrum test showed that probe P solution(PBS-THF,v/v,1:9,pH=7)could enhance with the addition of Fe^(3+)and had good performance of selectivity,anti-interference and sensitivity to Fe^(3+).In the range of 0~10µmol/L,the fluorescence intensity difference value at 499 nm(F-F0)showed a good linear relationship with the concentration of Fe^(3+)(R^(2)=0.99646)and the detection limit was 0.5µmol/L.The coordination mechanism between probe P and Fe^(3+)was verified by Job's curve,EDTA reversibility experiment,1 H NMR titration experiment and HRMS.The probe P can be fixed on the paper strip for the determination of Fe^(3+)in solution and can be also used to determine the content of Fe^(3+)in actual water samples with 94.7%~106.0%recoveries.
