摘 要:以氯化胆碱-尿素低共熔溶剂为电解液,通过调控脉冲频率制备得到一系列具有不同形貌结构的锌基镀层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、接触角测量仪及电化学工作站研究了沉积频率对锌基镀层形貌结构、超疏水性及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,随着沉积频率增加,锌基镀层表面由菜花状结构逐渐向刀锋状结构转变。受表面结构影响,锌镀层超疏水性和耐腐蚀性表现出先降低后增加的趋势,在高频(2 000 Hz)下制备的锌镀层具有最佳的超疏水性(155.6°)和耐腐蚀性。Superhydrophobic zinc coatings with different structures were fabricated by regulating the pulse frequency in choline chloride-urea based on deep eutectic solvent. The effect of pulse frequency on structure, superhydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of zinc coatings was characterized by SEM, XRD, contact angle measurement instrument and electrochemical workstation. The results show that the surface structure of Zn coating is shifting from the cauliflower-like sturcture to the bladelike sturcture with the increase in frequency. The superhydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of zinc coatings firstly increased with the frequency and then decreased because of the change of surface structure. The Zn coating deposited at 2 000 Hz shows the best superhydrophobicity(155.6°) and corrosion resistance.
