摘　　要：为理性分析和客观评价化工企业职业健康安全管理体系,基于戴明循环及物元可拓理论,引入成熟度模型,建立化工企业职业健康安全管理体系成熟度评价指标体系,划分成熟度评价阈值及等级;采用层次分析法和熵权法,确定综合权重,并运用此模型对某化工企业职业健康安全管理体系成熟度进行评价,计算结果与企业真实情况基本吻合,表明此模型具有可行性,并根据结果提出有效建议,提升企业的职业健康安全管理水平。In order to rationally analyze and objectively evaluate the occupational health and safety management system of chemical enterprises,based on deming cycle and matterelement extension theory,the maturity model was introduced to establish the maturity evaluation index system of occupational health and safety management system of chemical enterprises,and the evaluation threshold and grade of maturity were divided.The analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and entropy weight method are used to determine the synthesis weights,and this model is used to evaluate the maturity of the occupational health and safety management system in a chemical company maturity,the calculation results with the enterprise coincided basically with the real situation,shows that this model is feasible,and effective Suggestions are proposed according to the results,the promotion of the occupational health and safety management level of enterprises.
