摘 要:为了优化《土壤和沉积物六价铬的测定碱溶液提取-火焰原子吸收分光光度法》(HJ 1082-2019)[1]标准中土壤六价铬的提取方法,本文主要研究了以一定的提取温度,利用离心提取液再过滤的方式进行土壤中六价铬的前处理。结果表明:优化后方法工作曲线的相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.3 mg/kg,检出限下限为1.2 mg/kg,相对偏差为1.1%~2.5%,三种不同浓度土壤中的六价铬标准样品的测定结果均在标准值和不确定度范围内。该方法准确可靠,可缩短提取液过滤时间,保证了土壤中六价铬的批量提取,可在日常环境检测工作中推广。In order to optimize the extraction method of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment according to the standard“Determination of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment by alkali solution flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry”(HJ 1082-2019),this paper mainly studied the pretreatment of hexavalent chromium in soil by means of centrifugal extraction solution refiltration at a certain extraction temperature.The results show that the correlation coefficient of the optimized method’s working curve is greater than 0.999,the detection limit of the method is 0.3 mg/kg,the lower detection limit is 1.2 mg/kg,and the relative deviation is 1.1%~2.5%.The determination results of standard samples of hexavalent chromium are within the standard value and uncertainty range.The method is accurate and reliable,can shorten the filtration time of the extract,ensure the batch extraction of hexavalent chromium in the soil,and can be popularized in daily environmental testing work.
