摘  要:水环境是以水体为对象,采用生物、物理、化学等技术手段,对水中污染物及其组成成分进行定量、定性分析,评价水环境的质量,掌握水环境的变化规律,预测水污染发展趋势。在监测水环境的过程中,影响检测结果的因素较多,如环境、技术、人为活动等,所以如何提高监测质量已成为从业人员的关注要点。文章针对水环境监测质量控制问题进行研究,从有毒有机物的特性和危害、水环境有毒有机物的生物毒性测试、水环境有毒有机物分析监测的质量控制措施三方面进行了分析。实践表明:水环境中的有毒有机物种类多、危害大,在开展分析监测工作中,从水样采运、实验室内、实验室间等方面进行质量控制,能提高检测结果的准确性和可靠性,从而为有毒有机物的后续处理提供科学依据。The water environment is to take the water body as the object,use biological,physical,chemical and other technical means to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on the pollutants and their components in the water,evaluate the quality of the water environment,grasp the change law of the water environment,and predict the development trend of water pollution.However,in the process of water environment monitoring,there are many factors affecting the detection results,such as environment,technology and human activities.How to improve the monitoring quality has become the focus of the practitioners.This paper studies the quality control of water environment monitoring,and analyzes it from three aspects:the characteristics and harm of toxic organic matter,the biological toxicity test of toxic organic matter in water environment,and the quality control measures of analysis and monitoring of toxic organic matter in water environment.The practice shows that there are many kinds of toxic organic substances in the water environment,and the harm is great.During the analysis and monitoring work,the quality control from the aspects of water sample collection and transportation,laboratory and inter laboratory can improve the accuracy and reliability of the detection results and provide scientific basis for the subsequent treatment of toxic organic substances.
