摘　　要：在我国绿色生态环境保护事业日渐发展的当下,环境监测成为生态环境保护工作开展的基础支撑。想要确保环境监测工作效率,就应该对环境监测质量进行控制,将质量管控贯穿于环境监测工作始终。地表水监测是环境监测当中重要的内容之一,地表水监测直接影响着区域水资源利用效率,甚至对人们的用水安全产生直接的影响,所以必须要做好地表水监测质量控制,借助科学合理的环境监测技术手段,对地表水监测工作进行质量把控。本文将针对环境监测特点以及环境监测质量控制在地表水监测中的运用意义进行详细分析,目的是研究出环境监测质量控制在地表水监测中的运用问题与策略。With the development of green ecological environmental protection in China,environmental monitoring has become the basis of ecological environmental protection.If we want to ensure the efficiency of environmental monitoring,we should control the quality of environmental monitoring and implement quality control in environmental monitoring.Surface water monitoring is one of the important contents of environmental monitoring,monitoring of surface water directly affects the regional water resource utilization efficiency,and even brought directly affect people for regional water security,so must be surface water monitoring and quality control,with the help of a scientific and reasonable environment monitoring technology,to control the quality of surface water monitoring work.In this paper,the characteristics of environmental monitoring and the significance of environmental monitoring quality control in surface water monitoring are analyzed in detail,and the purpose is to study the application of environmental monitoring quality control in surface water monitoring problems and strategies.
