摘　　要：近年来,我国经济模式正从以速度为导向的粗放型增长向追求效益的集约型增长转变,政府、企业、公众各层面越来越重视生态环境保护,消费者群体中一种名为“绿色消费”的理念悄然兴起,而与之相适应的“绿色营销”“生态产品”“生态产业”也逐渐流行起来。本文试图通过分析企业生态环境保护和顾客价值的关系,证明生态环境保护投入对创造顾客价值、促进企业效益的重要性。通过分析生态产品价值实现机制具体案例,进一步论证企业生态环境保护与企业、社会经济相辅相成、相互共赢的关系。Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced rapid economic growth.In 2010,it surpassed Japan and developed from a third world country to the world’s second economy after the United States.In order to adapt to the new situation of economic development at home and abroad,in recent years,my country’s economic development mode has been shifting from the extensive growth of scale and speed to the new normal of intensive growth of quality and efficiency.The government,enterprises,and the public are paying more and more attention to environmental protection.In the group,a concept called“green consumption”has quietly emerged,and the corresponding“green marketing”“ecological products”and“ecological industries”have gradually become popular.This article attempts to prove the importance of ecological environmental protection investment in creating customer value and promoting enterprise development by analyzing the relationship between the ecological environment protection and customer value of a company.The article also analyzes specific cases of the value realization mechanism of ecological products to further strengthen the demonstration of the mutually complementary and mutually beneficial relationship between the ecological environment protection of the enterprise and the development of the enterprise and the social economy.
