摘　　要：负载型金属催化剂因其优异的活性和选择性,在能源化工等领域有着广泛的应用。在负载型金属催化剂的使用过程中,金属颗粒易出现聚集、流失等现象,为解决这一问题,研究人员开发了多种方法,其中,以核壳结构为代表的中空球形催化剂的设计就是很重要的一种。受限于空腔的体积和壳层的厚度,核壳结构在金属活性位点的利用和物质扩散等方面受到一定限制,为减少这种限制,开发新型结构的负载型金属催化剂是一种有效方法。在本研究中,以氧化石墨烯为模板,通过负载金属钯、外包介孔二氧化硅、煅烧除去模板等步骤合成了片状介孔二氧化硅负载钯催化剂。在Suzuki反应中,该催化剂因其二维结构和金属颗粒的高分散性,表现出良好的活性、稳定性和底物普适性。另外,这种合成方法为开发其他二维结构催化剂提供借鉴。Supported metal catalysts are widely used in energy,chemical industry and other fields as results of their excellent activity and selectivity.In the process of using supported metal catalysts,metal particles are prone to aggregation,sintering,loss and so on.In order to solve this problem,researchers have developed many methods,among them,the design of hollow spherical catalysts with core-shell structure is concerned.Restricted by the volume of the cavity and the thickness of the shell,the coreshell structure is limited in the utilization of metal active sites and the reactants and productions diffusion.In order to reduce this limitation,it is an effective way to develop supported metal catalysts with new structure.In this study,mesoporous silica supported Pd catalyst was fabricated by using graphene oxide as template followed by loading palladium,coating mesoporous silica and calcining to remove templates. When used for Suzuki reaction, the catalyst exhibited good activity, stability and substrate universality.In addition,this synthesis method provides a reference for the preparation of other two-dimensional catalysts.
