摘  要:为顺应市场需求,满足冶金、焦炭及水泥等行业高温物料输送要求,急需研发高质量耐高温输送带。本文介绍了以浸胶玻璃纤维线绳作为芯层的耐高温输送带的研制及制造工艺。覆盖胶采用二元乙丙橡胶与三元乙丙并用方式,芯层黏合胶采用三元乙丙跟氯丁橡胶并用方式,制备出耐热老化性能、力学性能、黏合性能优异的覆盖胶和芯层黏合胶。In order to meet the market demands,meet the requirements of the high temperature materail conveying in metallurgy,coke and cement etc indurstries. we need to develop high temperature resistant conveyor belt. This paper introduces the development and manufacturing process of high temperature resistant conveyor belt with rubber impregnated fiberglass cord as core layer.The coating prepared with EPM/EPDM blending and core rubber layer prepared with EPDM/CR blending have many outstanding performances in heat resistant,physical properties and adhesive property.
