摘  要:目的:对炒稻芽配方颗粒的指纹图谱及含量测定方法进行研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定炒稻芽配方颗粒中4-香豆酸的含量,并采用同一方法进行特征图谱及指纹图谱的研究。结果:4-香豆素含量的线性范围为0.003 948 168~0.098 704 2 mg/mL(r^(2)=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.8%;图谱中共标记6个共有峰,其中5号峰4-香豆酸峰保留时间适中,峰面积较大,分离度较好,确定为S峰。指纹图谱研究显示15批炒稻芽子配方颗粒相似度良好,均大于0.90。结论:所用方法准确稳定,重复性好,可有效控制炒稻芽配方颗粒的质量。Objective:To study the fingerprint and content determination of fried rice bud formula granules.Methods:The content of 4-coumaric acid in fried rice bud formula granules was determined by HPLC,and the fingerprint was studied by the same method.Results:The linear range of 4-coumarin content was 0.003948168~0.0987042 mg/mL(r^(2)=1.0000),the average recovery was 98.8%.There are 6 common peaks marked in the map.Among them,peak 5,4-coumaric acid peak,with moderate retention time,large peak area and good resolution,is determined as s peak.The fingerprint study showed that the similarity of 15 batches of fried rice sprout formula particles was good,all of which were greater than 0.90.Conclusion:The method is accurate,stable and reproducible,and can effectively control the quality of fried rice bud formula granules.
